Jillian had her first run in with a biter at daycare yesterday. Another little baby decided to chomp down on Jillian's right hand. It left some bruising, but thankfully did not pierce the skin.
Later that evening, Miss Amy told me how Jillian reacted: She let out an ear piercing scream.. After Miss Amy held Jillian and calmed her down, she disciplined the other baby by putting her in time out in the other room. Apparently, Jillian was very happy that the other baby got in trouble, and was all smiles at Miss Amy. I asked if the infamous Jillian-stink-eye came out, and she said no.
The funniest part of the incident, happened with Jillian's best friend, their dog (a HUGE white lab). When the ear piercing scream happened, the dog came running in from outside. He saw Jillian in tears and wanted to sooth her. So he ran outside, grabbed his raw hide bone with his teeth, came in side and dropped it at Jillian's feet. He then proceeded to lick her face.
Awww the puppy is so sweet!!! Truitt was giving his cousin kisses (she's 11mo) when she decided to change her kiss to a bite and left a mark on his cheek!
